The modern and compact concept of the modular bag palleting machine Principal-R is based upon the special design of the robot technology for bag palleting. Special design details combined with modern, high-quality components in the drive and control technology bring decisive advantages compared with other articulated robots.
The movement of the articulated arm is driven by a servo-motor, combined with drive belts, linear bearings, and two tempered steel ball drives. Due to the use of a 5-to-1 and/or 6-to-1 transmission, the robot can be faster and more efficient than standard industrial robots.
This technologically highly developed palleting robot provides capacities of up to 26 cycles per minute, a radius of action of 330 degrees and a maximum load capacity of up to 200kg. This and other advantages make Principal-R the leading solution for palleting robots.
