Verticale verpakkingsmachine

Verticale verpakkingsmachine die is ontworpen voor het verpakken van goederen in zakken die de machine maakt van een rol folie. De Tsjechische universele verpakkingsmachines van ASTRO zijn al meer dan 25 jaar in ontwikkeling en blinken uit door hun eenvoudige constructie, betrouwbaarheid en een breed scala aan uitbreidingsmodules.

Bedieningsvoordelen van de machine:

Niet alleen duidelijk en logisch, maar ook een aantal accessoires en verbeteringen die de bediening vergemakkelijken.
Een efficiënt systeem voor het samenvoegen van nieuwe folierollen.
Automatische centrering van de folie op de vormkraag.
Fotosonde met eliminatie van stoorsignalen voor de exacte lengte van de zak.
Opening van de beschermende deur, die ook kan worden geopend via de aangesloten verplaatsingstransporteur
Het geïntegreerde persluchtpistool bereikt de hele ruimte rond de machine

Voordelen voor machineonderhoud:

Gemakkelijkere overgang naar een nieuw product, minimaal gereedschap nodig om de machine op te stellen en veel kleine accessoires om het werk te vergemakkelijken.
Volledige deuropening zonder stijlen voor eenvoudige hantering in de werkruimte en toegang tot de achterkant van de lasbekken.
Snelspansysteem voor het snel verwisselen van de buis met de kraag bij het veranderen van de breedte van het pakket.
